We never see or store your full card details. Those go straight to our payment processor, safely encrypted.

When you'll be charged

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, so we can confirm it and get your pair ready to ship. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, with a receipt for your records.

Currency

All prices on our site are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If you're paying with an international card, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees, which are outside our control.

Trouble with a payment?

If a payment won't go through, it's usually something small, a typo in the card number, a billing address mismatch, or your bank flagging a new merchant. Double-check your details and try again, and if it still won't work, your bank can often clear it in a moment. We're glad to help too.
