We want your EasyStryde pair to feel right, supportive, soft, and easy to wear all day. If it doesn't, we'll help you make it right. You have a full 60 days to try your slides at home, and your first size exchange is always free. No hoops, no hassle, no risk.
What the guarantee covers
Try your EasyStryde pair for 60 days from the day they arrive. Wear them around the house, run errands, take them on a trip. If the fit or the feel isn't what you hoped:
- Want a different size or color? Your first exchange is free. We'll send the right pair your way.
- Want a refund instead? No problem. Return your pair and we'll refund you.
We'd rather you have a pair you love than a pair sitting in a closet. That's the whole idea.
How to start a return or exchange
It's simple, just two steps:
- Email us at support@easystryde.com with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
- We'll email you back within 24 hours with instructions and the next steps.
That's it. A real person will help you sort it out.
Refund timeline
Send your return back within 60 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund to your original payment method. Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–10 business days after we receive it. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show up on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Your first exchange is free. Email us and we'll arrange it, in most cases we can get your new pair on the way quickly so you're not waiting long. If you're between sizes, our Size Guide can help you choose the next one with confidence.
Condition requirements
We keep this reasonable. To return or exchange a pair, it should be:
- Within the 60-day window from delivery.
- In returnable condition, lightly worn is fine (we want you to actually try them), but not damaged, soiled, or heavily worn.
- Returned with any original packaging where possible.
We're not looking for reasons to say no. If you genuinely gave them a fair try and they're not right, we'll take care of you.
A note on defects
If your pair arrives with a defect or a problem from manufacturing, that's on us, not a return, a replacement. Email us a photo at support@easystryde.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
