EasyStryde ("EasyStryde," "we," "us," or "our") sells comfort footwear online to customers in the United States. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to our website and every order placed through it.

Using our site

You're welcome to browse, shop, and share our site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it, which means no attempting to break, copy, scrape, or interfere with the site, and no using it for anything unlawful. You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted. Occasionally we may need to cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we do, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time you order, and all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). For more detail, see our Payments page.

Pricing and availability

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate. Mistakes happen, though. If we find an error in a price or description after you've ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you're free to confirm or cancel. Prices can change at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

Shipping

Most orders arrive in 8–12 days after dispatch, with free tracked shipping anywhere in the U.S. Full details, including processing times and tracking, are on our Shipping page.

Returns and the 60-Day Comfort Guarantee

Our intellectual property

The EasyStryde name and logo, our product names, and our comfort technologies, including CloudContour™, EasyArch™, and SoftStep™, along with the text, images, and design on this site, belong to EasyStryde or our partners. You're welcome to enjoy them as a customer, but please don't copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We stand firmly behind our products, and our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee is the best expression of that. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EasyStryde isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows or the law changes. The current version will always live on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
