Delivery timeframe
Most orders arrive in 8–12 days after dispatch, anywhere in the United States.
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
- In transit: 8–12 days, with tracking the whole way.
You'll get an email when your order is confirmed, another when it ships with your tracking number, and updates as it makes its way to you.
Why it takes 8–12 days
We're upfront about this: your pair ships directly from our production partner, not from a U.S. warehouse stuffed with markup. That direct route is how we keep contoured comfort at $54.95 instead of premium-brand prices. The trade-off is a slightly longer delivery window, and we think it's worth it. Either way, you'll never be left guessing, because every order is tracked from dispatch to doorstep.
